Welcome to ConnekVerse ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://connekverse.com (the "Site") and the purchase and use of our digital products, including e-books (collectively, the "Products").

By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any Products.

1. About Us and Merchant of Record

ConnekVerse is operated by ConnekVerse LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.

All purchases of digital Products on this Site are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record.

  • Paddle handles the order processing, payment collection, sales tax/VAT/GST calculation and remittance (where applicable), customer invoicing, and related compliance.
  • Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction.
  • Any questions about payments, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, or billing should be directed to Paddle support (via your Paddle customer dashboard or https://paddle.com/support).

We (ConnekVerse) provide the digital content and customer support related to the Product itself.

2. Products and License

Our Products are digital e-books delivered instantly upon successful payment (via download link or email). The current Products include:

  • AI for Brand Building, Marketing and More Sales ($49 one-time)
  • Sales and Negotiation – A Must Read for Executives ($99 one-time)

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make the Product available to others
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with us or our licensors.
